The Seven Components of the Axe GPS Live Algo

Axe Algo (Background)

The Axe Algo has 12,000 patterns and was created by Charles Drummond back in 1977 on his Apple 2C computer. The Axe Algo creates the most significant support and resistance (in advance) which is projected for the next bar’s trading. The trader now has a game plane that we teach on multiple time periods. This is the new standard for technical analysis!

R2 (1)

The upper resistance (R2) contains price and provides the trader with organic resistance energy. This R2 reference level provides an excellent directional visual reference to price and when combined with its lower resistance level R1. When R2’s go sideways (i.e. like sitting ducks) they create an organic energy wall of resistance that is hard to pop up through.

R1 (2)

The lower resistance (R1) contains price and provides the trader with organic resistance energy. This R1 reference level provides an excellent directional visual reference to price and when combined with its upper resistance level R2.

S1 (3)

The upper support (S1) contains price and provides the trader with organic support energy. This S1 reference level provides an excellent directional visual reference to price and when combined with its lower support level S1.

S2 (4)

The lower support (S2) contains price and provides the trader with organic support energy. This S2 reference level provides an excellent directional visual reference to price and when combined with its upper support level S1. When S2’s go sideways (i.e. like sitting ducks) they create an organic energy wall of support that is hard to flush down through.

GPS Number (5)

The number at the very top of the screen will provide the trader an indication of weakness or strength for the next bar that has not traded yet. This provides a leading indication of crowd strength or wekaness for the life of the oncoming bar.

GPS Live Number (6)

The number to the right of the current price will provide the trader an indication of weakness or strength for the next bar that has not traded yet.

GPS Exhaust Arrows (7)

The arrows at the very top of the screen below the numbers, provide traders a leading indication for any potential exhausts for the bar that has not traded yet.
